Who

Ahmed Yahya Al Kindi runs this site through Ahmed Yahya Al Kindi Enterprise, a sole proprietor establishment registered in the Sultanate of Oman (commercial registration 1399884), whose brands are TSB Labs and Madar OS. It decides what happens to the details you give it, under Oman's Personal Data Protection Law. Anything about this page, or about your details, goes to ahmed@ahmedyahyak.com.

This site

Vercel Web Analytics counts page views. It sets no cookies and stores no IP address; it tells one visit from another only by a hash of the request that Vercel discards after 24 hours.

What the sign up collects

Why

To send you what you asked for, and only after you confirm. The first email asks you to confirm by clicking its link; until you do, nothing else is sent. Emails come from newsletter@news.ahmedyahyak.com.

The consent record, the hash and the browser string show what you agreed to and when.

Your details are never sold, and never shared for anyone else's marketing.

Booking a call

The booking links open Cal.com's own page. What you enter there, such as your name, email, organisation and what you want to discuss, goes to Cal.com, Inc. under its own privacy policy, and to Ahmed: the booking is filed in his own records and appears in his Google Calendar. Before the call, Madar, his own AI assistant, prepares a short brief for him with Anthropic's Claude from what you told him.

If Ahmed wrote to you first

Ahmed sometimes writes from this address, ahmed@ahmedyahyak.com, to an organisation he could help or speak for, at a business email address published on its own website or in a business directory, and his records keep where and when it was found. He writes this way to organisations in the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, the United States and Oman. In Oman that can be a named person's address on the organisation's own domain; everywhere else it is an organisation address only, such as info@. Never a personal free mail address, and never anyone in Saudi Arabia or Qatar unless they agreed first.

At most three emails: a first one and up to two short follow ups, stopping as soon as you answer or book a call. Each says at its foot that it was written with AI help and that Ahmed replies personally, and carries no tracking image and no tracked links. Every address is checked against a do not contact list before the first email. Every email has a one click unsubscribe link that stops the emails at once; reply “stop” instead and they stop within 24 hours. Either way your address then stays only on that list, so it is never used again. When you answer, Madar reads your reply with Anthropic's Claude to sort it and, where you asked something, to draft an answer that Ahmed reads and sends himself.

How long it is kept

A sign up is kept until you unsubscribe. After that the record stays, marked unsubscribed, as proof of what you agreed to and when you left, so you are not emailed again by mistake.

Notes on the organisations Ahmed talks to, with names, contact details and what was said, have no set end date yet; ask and yours are deleted. An address on the do not contact list stays there, so the promise not to write again is kept.

Your rights

Under Oman's Personal Data Protection Law you can ask to see what is held about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, and object to marketing at any time, including a first email from Ahmed. Write to ahmed@ahmedyahyak.com and you get an answer within 30 days. Every letter has an unsubscribe link.
